Terms & Conditions
Bookings for New and Existing Clients
- We’re excited to announce that booking your appointments just got a whole lot easier! You can now book online 24/7 at your convenience. Just select a day and time that works for you, and make sure your booking details, including your phone number and email, are accurate and current.
- All new clients will begin their journey with a consultation, so please only book that appointment for your initial visit. If you mistakenly schedule other procedures, we will ask you to have a consultation appointment upon arrival.
- Existing clients should choose the procedure as recommended by their aesthetician or doctor.
Payment
4. To secure your appointment, you must make either a full payment for your procedure or a deposit of N10000 if you’re an existing client. This deposit will contribute toward your procedure cost. Full payment is required for consultation appointments. Payment links through Flutterwave or Paystack, as well as our account details, will be provided in your confirmation email.
5. Please remember that payment confirms your booking and must be completed within 24 hours of reserving your slot.
6. ALL FEES PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Day of Appointment
7. Please arrive without any makeup on your face.
8. If you’re coming in for Laser Hair Removal, kindly ensure your hair is trimmed at least two days before your appointment.
9. To help us serve you better, kindly arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment for clinical procedures.
10. Progress photos will be taken before your treatment begins.
11. COVID safety measures will be included in your confirmation email.
Rescheduling
12. You can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance. However, all fees will be forfeited if you request changes after this time.
13. To reschedule, please contact the clinic administrators via WhatsApp or phone.
